Eng. Nyaradzo is a Principal Data Management Officer  at NSSA  Zimbabwe. She is responsible for digital transformation and data-driven-decision making where she is part of a team that established the Data Analytics Department at . She is a Machine Learning Engineer and enjoys building Machine Learning models during her spare time. She is the Head of Community at Omdena Nigeria Local Chapter ( an organisation that builds Artificial Intelligence solutions to solve real-life problems), As Head Community, she is responsible for members engagement and AI events updates. Nyaradzo is involved in a Girls Mentorship Programme at TelOne Pvt Ltd. She mentors girls from remote areas in Zimbabwe where she strives to bridge the gap and clear the mist between 'Theoretical' and 'Practical' Professionalism. She is pioneering an initiative to mentor AI students called "She is Data Scientist Initiative". She is a member of the Zimbabwe Intitution of Engineer as well as the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe. She holds a bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology and is currently studying towards Master of Science in Big Data Analytics at Chinhoyi University of Technology
